Yuchai generators should be prepared before operation. Check that the flywheel and the protective railing cover of the generator should be in good condition. Carefully check the crankshaft control of each gearbox, clutch, governor, oil level, and fastening screws of each part. , and the temperature of the oil and water is not lower than 20 ℃, can start; the gates of each system pipeline should be in the working position; the connecting bolts of the transmission mechanism should be well tightened; check whether the pressure of the gas cylinder is normal and whether the safety device is positioned; The clutch handle is in the starting position, and the drain valve of the scavenging pump is opened; the external circulation water pump, lubricating oil pump, and fuel pump are started. When the circulating water and oil pressure meet the requirements, one person will operate and one person will assist in starting.
After the preparations are done, the safe operation procedures of Yuchai generator set can be carried out normally:
1. If the Yuchai generator has been stopped for more than 24 hours, the test valve must be opened and the lubricating oil pump must be started. For generators that have been out of use for a long time, the exciter should measure the insulation resistance of the motor and operating circuit to meet the requirements. Manual cranking should be performed for 1 to 2 Start the motor to drive the diesel engine to idle for several laps to drain the oil and water in the cylinder, and then close the test valve to close the front clutch;
2. Start the fuel pump and release the air in the pipeline, and the oil pressure should be within the specified range before the official start;
3. After checking whether the voltage of the starting power supply is normal, press the "start" button and release it after the diesel engine catches fire. When the lubricating oil pressure rises above the specified value, stop starting the lubricating oil pump, close the drain valve of the scavenging pump, and wear the front clutch pin;
4. When it cannot be started, the reason should be carefully identified. If the reason is unknown, it should not be started again. The continuous starting should not exceed three times, and the interval time should not be less than 2 minutes. If the third time still fails to start, it should be carefully analyzed and checked. After confirming that the fault has been eliminated, the fourth starting is allowed;
5. After the Yuchai generator set is started, it is considered that the generator and all electrical equipment are live, and it is strictly forbidden for the human body to contact the live parts.
6. When adjusting the speed of Yuchai generator, pay attention to whether the generator is running normally, and the carbon brushes on the slip ring and commutator should have no jumping, no sparks, and no abnormal sound. In addition, cooperate with electricians to adjust frequency and voltage, so that it is close to the rated value;
7. After receiving the signal of "ready to parallel", the Yuchai generator set operates normally and smoothly, and reaches the same frequency, the same voltage, the same phase, and the same phase sequence. To prevail, further adjust the speed and adjust the excitation. Increase the voltage and frequency to be close to the system voltage and frequency. When the automatic excitation damage is changed to manual, the load should not be too large, and the relevant working parameters should be monitored at any time.
